It
happen frequently quite a few time and the (error 676 phoneline is
busy) appeared again yesterday when i try to connect to streamyx. fed up with it so i call to 1300889515# 2 #1# 3 technical support.
note: the conversation below is based on what i experience and there is no problem with the phone line that day.

(heard somebody talking silently on the background.) "hey
brother.. this will not work lah..we just keep repeating the same
statement even for few hour..this person will not hang off the
phone....blah..blah..."
suddenly go to auto attendent... " thank you for calling tmnet...tuuuuuuuuuuu....(engaged tone)"
