Entry: A new day on a new semester Monday, July 31, 2006

The first day of the second semester… everything was pretty much sorted out especially with the timetable clashes. New schedule will give me the freedom of waking up late every morning, or at least allows me to do any future last minute assignments. Just nice I should say. But there won’t be anymore excuses of missing class for waking up late. I know… I won’t. I better be serious in keeping up with my studies. Finish everything quick, free from university, get a job and try to be happy with adult life. Oh yea… this semester I’m enrolled for FTV243, MCI212, Public Relation 200 and Marketing Services 311.

Glad to see everyone back, although missed some faces today (heard that Giegel is in Perth?). Haven’t seen Ooja yet… and Iqbal, who else… Jasmine and Sarah should be around though… erm… eh, how come Akam was in our FTV243 class? She did not take FTV121 last semester and that unit was a pre-requisite for this one. I wonder why are the lecturers so easy on her… was it because she’s a married woman with kids? I mean… I have seen her sleeping during Dr.Thomas’s or Mr.Rama’s class, either one of those, or could be both and was not being scold. And yet, I heard that she always get high marks for her final marks.

Forget about Akam… we have a new lecturer from Australia, Dr. Adam. He looks quite young to hold a PHD. Early rumour was saying that he’s an exchange student…lol, I knew he was the new lecturer, from Curtin website of course. He’ll be assisting us for our FTV243 (Corporate Documentary Script Writing) tutorial.

Had some drinks with Apen, Aji and Yus at Najua’s. Today was also Apen’s first day of being a permanent lecturer…and he was late for his first lecture! LOL! The 4-guys meeting dismissed at around 11pm.

Feel sleepy, going to bed. Until we meet again…
