It's been a while since the last entry... have to admit that I'm kinda lazy to post anything eventhough there's a lot of interesting things happening around, the Drag Race 2006, Ramadhan (food!), world issues, computer stuffs, etc. My brain is quite active to think about stuffs, but my fingers are lazy to materialize what's running in my mind. Anyway today is the 5th day of Ramadhan, and the 5th day of fasting. For the past few years (since I was primary 4) I had never failed to complete the one whole month of fasting. Alhamdulillah, hopefully this will be another successful one. Anyway, the first three days I had headache... probably because dehydration or something. It was fine now, my body had already re-adjusting itself. Nothing much today. I just made some 'popia', a pretty quick one for buka puasa. I used chicken meat, with diced tomatoes and onions and mayonaise as filling.... and mozarella too! Hehe. So...I name the recipe as "Cheesy Chicken Salad Popia"... sounds cheesy, but there's really cheese in it :p. Ingredients: - chicken meat (boiled and finely blended)
- tomato (seeded and diced)
- onion (diced)
- mayonaise
- mozarella cheese (shredded)
- some pepper and salt to taste
- popia sheets
How to: - Mix all the ingredients and roll in the popia sheet. Don't put too much mayonaise or everything will get sloppy (not nice). Roll properly.
- Dip fry in cooking oil.
