happen frequently quite a few time and the (error 676 phoneline is
busy) appeared again yesterday when i try to connect to streamyx. fed up with it so i call to 1300889515# 2 #1# 3 technical support. note: the conversation below is based on what i experience and there is no problem with the phone line that day. technical support: thank you for calling streamyx how may i help you? technical support: thank you for calling streamyx how may i help you? technical support: thank you for calling streamyx how may i help you? me: hello!! having problem with.... technical support:thank you for calling streamyx how may i help you? me:hello!!! i am having problem with streamyx... technical support:thank you for calling streamyx how may i help you? me: hello can you hear me!!!  technical support: hello?err..how may i help you... me:hello!! i am having problem connect to streamyx.. technical support:err...may i know you contact number? me: 780XXXXX ... technical support:sir may i know you contact number? me: MY PHONE NUMBER IS 780XXXXX !!!! technical support:hello? may i know you contact number? me: 780XXXXX!!!!!  technical support: OK !!! (heard somebody talking silently on the background.) "hey brother.. this will not work lah..we just keep repeating the same statement even for few hour..this person will not hang off the phone....blah..blah..." suddenly go to auto attendent... " thank you for calling tmnet...tuuuuuuuuuuu....(engaged tone)" what the fxxck!!!!!!!!!!  what is going on with streamyx? |
